Pics didn't come through...
I saw the musket photos and more. Probably best to do a subalbum. I've dozens! P'bucket will go five or six layers deep in subalbums, so you can get pretty specific in organizing.
One last bit of constructive criticism: Use a darker background when shooting old rifles and such. You want them brighter than the backdrop. For no particular reason I usually use blue anymore.

The cloth is much darker looking under normal lighting than what shows here but seems to not underexpose the important bits.
OD works OK too:

Outdoors shot.
Wasn't real happy with the medium/light grey, carpet. Too much drawing the eye away from the subject. Mind you, I don't get very fancy! Just a couple of small pawn shop cameras, Sony and Canon. One free, the other about US$50.:

Good selection of muskets, though! Have you shot any of 'em? Found my Model 1842 quite interesting to aim, as it wants to shoot very right and a bit low.
Thnx for the critiques fellas. I will take your advice in future postings. This was just a first attempt.

Holy cow....this slideshow put pics in it that were not even related!! lol. Need to work on my Photobucket skills.....
Now the pics are there...yes, white background does you no favors. I take pics on my carpet in the shop. It seems a neutral background that works...
Nice M16. I have an extra trumpet ramrod (repro) if you haven't found one.
