Hello, I am attempting to find anybody that can assist with a CES listing for items that are contained in an Australian WW2 issue Armourers Field Repair Box.
Anything would be appreciated.

Is that at "Unit", "Field", or "Base" level?
Also depends on whether the armourer is also working with an armoured or artillery unit.
For instance, at a "Unit" level, an armourer would NOT be re-barreling rifles and thus would probably not have the fancy barrel clamp kit and its associated body wrench. He would, however, probably have a nice big vise on a bench that MAY be mounted in a truck.
Further up the "food chain" is where you would find such things.
Also remember that, at least in the Australian Army, armourers have traditionally also been "fitters" and "machinists", and, especially at a unit level, just as likely to be found fabricating barbecues and other oddments for the various messes along with assisting the various other trades in the workshop. Being handy with tools, especially things like pan-brakes and welding gear, seems to make one "desirable" at certain times.
Hi I am also chasing one of these if anybody can help.

Hi Bruce, this is the box I am referring to.

Can't say I've ever seen one like that. Might have to start looking around; looks like a useful piece of kit, and not just for gun-plumbers in the field.
I like the "picnic basket" they have there, though.
The box in the pic I,ve seen the same or similar in a training Battalion workshop in the UK, was part of the display items including a Enfield rest and other things that catch the eye, I did enquire regarding there status when the workshop moved (if you don't ask you don't get) although most items were marked for being moved I,m guessing a lot of stuff got scrapped or binned.
