The Supreme Court refused to hear a case in which a lower court threw out cases involving New York City's attempts to sue gun companies for not monitoring dealers.
Therefore the City of New York has lost those cases. We are having some sanity from SCOTUS right now. Lets hope it continues.
Heard this today, hard to believe. We are on a roll for now, hope it continues.
I figure that as long as obamma and the rest of them are up to their necks in economic aligators, they don't have the time or inclination to go after us.
What that means is we are free to buy all the guns we want, but don't have the money to get them.

Losing is what the gun grabbers do best. You'd think they'd give up after a while.
But they wont give up, they are on a Crusade, they are very tenacious, and they believe they are in the right. They are the zealots who believe that its the instrument a criminal uses that are evil, and they are the same liberal folks who think the criminal is worth rehabilitating at all costs. (Some of the costs of the rehab are the future victims) And, they have a lot of money behind them.Quote:
