Hi all, new here and to collectibles.
I have a 1924 Mauser with the Yugo crest. Have not been able to locate the royal cypher on the stock, so based on serial # and manufacturer I think it is either 1933 or 1939. I have been trying to find a cleaning rod for it, but every rod I see is too "thick". It looks like what I need is about 5mm in diameter and around 14 3/4 in length. Seems the German rods are the correct diameter but not the length. Any ideas where I might find one? Thanks

Check ebay, they usually put pretty decent descriptions on there. I've gotten a lot of Mauser cleaning rods that way, always got the right one. It is a real pain with some of these. Seems with the last one I got for a Spanish M43 I ended up going with one that fit the GEW98.
