Thanks for the Gunbroker tip. That is how I originally planned to have this 98/22 configured but it would actually cause damage to the rifle to try to attach a lange vizier sight so I think I'll just give it a sight that I can read.
I am not a Mauser person but this one dropped into my lap for less than $200 so I thought it might be a good candidate for an ersatz Gewehr 98 on display. My area of interest is 20th century US military rifles and carbines.
