Hi guys bought a shop left over parts guns an such got two bayos that owner said were Siamese.
they are 22 inches long with 17 1/8 inch blade that is blued, nice shape execpt for the wood an no scabbards

For me to identify I would need a full length photo, but from first glance it looks like it might be a Siamese P07 (as in for the No. 1 Mk. 3*s they ordered) bayonet. I believe they were called the Type 62 bayonet in service.
Smiling Tigers. For the No1 Mk 3 Lee Enfield. Definitely Siamese and most likely a Pattern 1907 bayonet.
I think there were 10,000 No 1 MkIII 303 rifles produced for the King of Siam by Britain
the 10 000 rifles were new builds (1920 BSA) but the bayonets were reconditioned. aka probably ww1.
somewhere on this site is a thread with the info to translate the serial numbers to the arabic numerals we all know.

1907 for sure, the scabbards were metal...... Chape and locket were used from original scabbard and brazed on a steel tube to replace the leather, can't say the metal work is nice to look at, but did its job I guess.
I never have seen any of those that are in great shape but if they were reconditioned WW1 bayonets, and since they saw hard use it's no wonder.
Original scabbards were normal leahter but these rotted and steel scabbards with original metal locket nad chape were used, i have a couple of spare scabbards for these
will get some full length pictures up soon an might need a scabbard for one. I hope they fir my Siamese rifle
