Neither of my carbine books (Riesch's or Harrisson's) had that info.
If you look under post war replacement parts in the rear of the Riesch book
you will see this marking.
That is one of the errors in his book. Althought they were used in the post WWII time period, they were made during WWII and their use for upgrades started prior to the end of the war. That is true of the majority of the so called post war replacement parts.
Funny thing after I posted that I had not seen it in my books, fifteen minutes later I spotted the mark in Riecsh's book but it didn't name the maker. Thanks again for more info!
