Your question is roughly the equivalent in the automotive world of saying "I bought a Ford. What is it worth?". To get an answer which means anything, we need A LOT more information, or some decent photos. From the serial number with a letter in front and behind I would hazard a WAG it is a #4, but that's about it. We would need to know model stamped on it, markings, whether it is full wood or sporterized, good condition or poor, etc etc etc.

Ok guys, I took some pictures, got them downsized and made a gallery fort them. Take a look and tell me what you see.
I see a sporterized no4 mk1 thats had grinding on the charger bridge and holed drilled for a scope mount. its been British civilian proofed. was modified by a gerneral gunsmith who used a PH front sight this is not a PH built rifle.

Your rifle is a sporterized No 4 Mk I. It appears to be a standard English made wartime production rifle, which has been extensively modified. The wood has been cut back, the barrel may have been shortened and has a new front Parker-Hale ramp on it, someone has taken a grinder to the charger bridge to remove half of it, and the left side wall has been drilled for a scope mount. If the bore is good it should be a good deer rifle, but it has had too much done to it to restore to original military configuration. Not sure what they are worth in your area, but in my area, about $150.

Should be a nice hunting rifle. Don't put any money into it, just enjoy it as-is.
