Late production Dragoons are hard to find so when this very well used Finn Continuation War captured Dragoon became available I just had to get it. It is “41” stamped, and still retains the Dragoon solid barrel bands and is a mix of both early and late Izhevsk & Tula parts. The bore is dark but there is good rifling and the sling slot escutcheon plates are missing, and have been for some time as the rear sling hanger wore a nice groove into the stock.
