Unknown Cartridge

Hi Guys,

I got a bunch of ammo at auction and have one I can't figure out.
It's similar to a 30/40 Krag, but isn't and is rimmed like Mosin but isn't.
Any ideas? Someone here will know!

Looks like a 7.62x54R Moisin unless I'm missing something.

When I looked in my reloading book the measurements didn't look right.
