PU Scope

Is there any way to date(OK OK, I know) a PU scope?:nono:
What I see is a hammer & sickle, 91/30and it has the three pointed reticle.

Depends on the manufacturer and year. Going by your description you seem to have a Factory 357 (Progress) scope. They didn't always put the year on them, so you'd have to go by serial number to find its production run. This is a huge help:
