Help Finding British Singlepoint Sight Trials Reports

Hello everyone, I am working on researching a book on the history of reflex type sights and I am trying to locate several reports generated by the British Army in the early 1970s on the Singlepoint sight, one of the earliest red dot sights. I have looked through all the normal channels that I can think of (National Archives, MOD, Royal Armories Museum) and have not been able to turn anything up. I'm hoping that someone on here might have a copy or have any more suggestions on where I can look. In particular, I know the fourth report listed below was featured in part in R. Blake Stevens's book "UK and Commonwealth FALs" in 1980, so I know it must be out there somewhere! Here is the list of reports I am after:
