Accumounts M41B scope mount fitting issues?

I'm just about to part with a decent wad of cash for an Accumounts M41B kit. I'm not trying to make an M41B copy, but I prefer to have the wall of the receiver drilled, rather than the ring itself, on a small-ring Swede Mauser. Anyone fitted or had their gunsmith fit one of these, and should I expect extra machining or modification as part of the job? I'm intending to mount an 1960s S&B for Franconia scope without windage adjustment so I will need the mount's windage adjustment to work properly.
