You can't make comparisons between the markets in the USA, Australia or anywhere else for that matter. I agree the price is as high as I've seen but they were selling for $2000+ in Australia 10 years ago too so is it? The REAL world strikes again!

The product is no longer being made those that have mumm wraps are now in a position to ask a hefty price if they sell at the price who know's but look at the T's how they have bloomed in price the CES equipment can set you back scads as well and the L42 well I will never be able own one that's for sure (may be able to get a pic from the net and keep dreaming.)
