WW2 Swiss gear

Good evening all,
New guy here with a question on WW2 Swiss gear. I am looking for a WW2 Swiss "Y" harness (similar to the German one). I am not sure the nomenclature and have only seen one photo of it and can find no information on the web. Does anyone know why this is such an elusive piece of gear? Any assistance is appreciated.
