The most expensive parts in original gas trap rifles are the barrels and keystone & comp spring, original gas cylinder, stock and front hand guard
ferrule with lip. The listing does not provide any information nor photos on these key parts. Perhaps these parts are reproduction in which case it
should be disclosed.
I should also add that the SA SPG cartouche is fake, the operating rod spring is not a keystone and the operating rod is late WW2
I could never afford a good one, even this one...building one would be my only hope using one of the repro front ends... I just like to see them available to some end. It's too bad if they're misrepresented though...for huge money.
He has acknoledged the issues & lowered the price
The reciever has also been modified for the 7th round stoppage issue. It is a nice rifle.
