03 FFL License

Hi All,

I am trying to decide relinquishing my 03 FFL.
Can someone tell me if they changed the law about sending in your bound book or not?

There was never was nor is there now a requirement to send in your book.

The renewal process is pretty painless. IMO spending the $30.00 for the odd purchase of a mil surp is well worth it compared to going through the background check cost and hassle.

I couldn't imagine giving up a right like you have or just letting it lapse...we have no such rights and would give about anything to have them... Hold, maintain and enjoy...because one less is one less to the Guvmn't...
