Simple question... If I'm zeroing a 1903a3 on a 25m target using the standard 150gr ball, how high above my POA should my POI be for a 200m zero?
Same question for a 1903a4 using 168gr pills for 100m on a 25m target?

There are many variables, of course, but if you sight-in your rifle to impact dead-on @ 25 yards with a standard 150gr .30-06 FMJBT load (~2910 fps MV, ~.408 BC), you should be very close to dead-on @ 200 yards.
If you're looking for a ballistics calculator, Ballistic Advanced, JBM Ballistics Calculator is a decent, relatively inexpensive option. I think I paid $12 for the iPhone app version.
At 100 yards (or meters), the results will be virtually the same using the 168gr load. You will be approximately 2" high. You won't see any significant difference between the two until to get out to greater distances.
