So I've reached a point where I have pretty much all the rifles I want in 2's... One to collect and one to actually shoot. That said, I know at some point parts will wear out and need to be replaced. Can anyone give me a list of spare parts I should pick up and keep in reserve for a K98? On a related question, I know Criterion makes barrels for the Lee Enfield and the 1903a3, does anyone make replacement barrels for the K98?
Lothar Walther I think make them tbonesmith sells them here for both the Lee & K98 the Lee ones are chambered & timed but still require a G smith to fit cannot vouch for the K98 barrels

Lothar Walther makes Kar98 and Gew98 barrels. A little spendy buy well made and well regarded. They do have a USA distributor, as well. Let me add this, they do come in 8mm and 30-06.
