Pleasantly surprised...
So I finally got my late-war mismatched Czech made K98 out to the range to see how she shoots. Usually when I zero a rifle I set it in a lead sled, but since I wasn't taking it seriously this time I just set it on a sand bag. I only fired at 25yards with 196gr reloads to try and get a rough zero, expecting that I was going to have to do some work to get the windage right. Especially since I kinda rushed my shots. Nope, it was almost dead on! At least good enough to take my last 10 rounds and put them on a 6" target at 100 yards with ease.
Pretty happy overall... Next time I go out I'll fine tune my zero.

:clap: good for you bloke would be nice to see some groups of the rifle.
I noticed with the milsurps more obviously shooting my "T" that it does not really like rests but being shot from the sling and naturally supported 2 very distinct groups.
