I believe
That their is good in people where it counts and that on this day the down on his luck veteran was given the help of a stranger. Allot of veterans across the world are forgotten by thankless govt's who used them as collateral. God bless the chap for donating his shoes.

I believe there are good people also but they don't typically take videos of themselves doing good. I'm a bit of a cynic when it comes to these stories partially because it just seems too convenient perhaps. I also see an oddly high percentage of "beggars" who just also happen to be vets, in the neighborhood of 100%, standing at red lights etc in my neck of the woods. Begging has become a profession and some of these people make a pretty good income doing so.

I would like to think if ever I was down on my luck of which "If it was raining soup I'd get a fork"? some one would help.
I have helped lots of people when they were in need, like one old couple fairly cacked themselves in fright when I pulled over and parked the 45 tonne Kato truck mounted crane I was driving on the highway and changed their flat tyre for them as no other sausage would stop for the poor old things.
If they are fakers and milking the system the wheel of life will take care of them 3 fold no worries about that seen it before real smart prawns doing ill of people and the jaws of life snap shut on them that's what I like to see.
