Came across these photos elsewhere and they piqued my interests. The crest on the wrist and knox look familiar but I can't place it. Don't recall ever seeing BSA mark the wrist B.S.A. Co Ltd.

When I first saw this I thought commercial rifle.
Me too. Workmanship much too good for a Khyber Pass variety, so a foreign government contract would seem likely.
But its marked BSA & Co Ltd BSA never used Ltd.
I've seen it on commercial BSA rifles, albeit in a different font.Quote:
