Hello, I'm new here, i'm from Belgium and 26.
I'm planning to buy a Leen Enfield NO4 Mk1* with a repro scope.
As you can see on the photo:
NO4 MK1* Long Branch 1943. So in my opinion this Lee Enfield is made in Canada. But if you look at the other picture you can see on the sighter a stamp "ENGLAND".
I'm not sure, but i don't think this is right?
What is the market price for this gun?

Don't know about Europe, but I've seen several well-done No. 4 (T) clone with repro scopes and other parts sell for around USD$1000 here in the states.
So this is a No4 T Replica? Or was it a genuine T that has had a replacement repro scope? Depending oh which one it is the price will change by maybe a few thousand dollars (Australian that is). All I can say about this is that Long Branch means it was made in Canada, and I think England is a common stamp to do with importing/exporting.
I know nothing about the T's but lots of people on here do, and there is lots of info out there on them, so give it time and someone will be able to give you a hand. Also welcome; I'm pretty new as well, but great to have more people to share the enfields around. Best of luck.

The repro scopes have been discussed here ad-nauseam some for - some against thing is you get what you pay for some have had good results others well they would waste toilet water on them plus they modeled them on the MKII design so I am not sure if you need the special tool to zero the turrets after zeroing the scope to the rifle Oh! and apparently the extra hand to manipulate the tool!.
