None of them seem to be paying any attention to what is around them. All eyes forward, the lot.
The crew behind seems to have a completely different posture. This one is likely a photog thing.
Look at the eyes.
Not an active combat patrol; keeping the peace, maintaining a deterrent presence, scanning for anything unusual, supporting the population, etc.
It's amazing what a camera does to a work environment. There are people who just can't keep from posing.
