FN 1910
Picked up this little FN today at the fun show. I think it is a rather early example..however there are couple things I'm wondering about.
There is no serial number anywhere, and it appears to have never had one.
Serif lettering on left of slide, nothing on right of it.
There is an upside down 'L'(?)and 'N' inside an oval on the triggerguard. Cyrillic?
No explanation for the 'yellow' on the grips. Doesn't appear to be paint.
Pre WW1? Interwar?
Thanks for looking!

Sorry but I believe it USED to have a number on it. You see where the barrel at the chamber has a double angle of a newish look and those scratches on the frame are exactly where the serial should be...

May have the serial number yet on the back side of the barrel....have to look at my 1910 which has serial number on the frame and bottom of the slide....not on a visible part of the barrel
Yes...mine has serial number on the frame normal spot underneath the slide and on the left side of the barrel(where you cannot see it)
