I think those are USMC and that's the Pacific.

What's on the right guy's back? Can't make it out.
It's an 1903 slung across his back. There's a canvas cover tied around the action. Those were the days right? Carry a rifle as backup and a BAR for serious discourse...that's for a younger man.
