I know that my eyes are getting bad but............

While walking to work early this morning, at a time when I only ever see a handful of people on foot, I noticed another pedestrian, a man, approaching in the opposite direction and I was convinced that he was wearing a surgical mask. I thought to myself, Good-God, people have really gone nuts over the virus now, with hardly anyone about someone still thinks that he needs to wear a mask to protect himself. It was only when my fellow pedestrian was almost next to me that I realised that his "surgical mask" was actually his white beard. :D

Yeah, times have changed. Before COVID-19, a person would cough to cover their fart, now we fart to cover our cough!
