Well, if you had read the message at the top of screen before you tried to make your very FIRST post here, you have discovered that you need to add a post to the WELCOME thread first, before you can create a thread in the regular forums. ;)
It's designed to keep spam robots from creating threads in the informational forums.

Yes, he decided to post it after he discovered he needed to do that first, then the system released his other posts which were held in moderation until he did that. ;)Quote:
