CMP is now offering all the service grade carbines, except IP, SP, & M1A1.
3-6 month delivery.
Orest has said he expects all carbines will be gone in 2009, think he means it.

I wonder how many carbines the CMP has sold since last year...

:rofl: I get another chance at a S'G'!!! :dancingbanana::super:
Heck, I figured the same thing!
Ammo gone, WWII stocks are expensive, slings gone, everyone has a 'stock pouch' mounted (they'll remove later ;-) etc, etc...
Happy to see so many new people are falling in love with carbines.
I can't blame anyone for falling in love with carbines. I've seen several M1 Garand, 1903, and 1911 regulars asking questions after they got their first carbine from the CMP as well as knew people I've never seen before
Welcome!
Yes! Talking about getting hooked. I didn't just grab the bait, I got netted too.
My ONLY regret is not getting hooked a couple years ago when the ammo was cheaper than snot and a lot of it out there.
I'm still waiting for someone who can get these rifles to start telling the stories they have.
It is a good kind of addiction though. :dancingbanana::super:
I don't want to get stuck in the rush to buy the newly posted Carbines.... So here's the new rule... no one is allowed to place any orders for carbines until I get to the post office on Monday... I promise to leave plenty carbines for everyone else to order on Tuesday.... hmmmm, anyone up supporting that idea?????
