Can not make out the photo but it almost looks like a drum on the M1928A! TSMG ?
Marines would have used the term Liberate :lol:
The USMC also had issue 50rd TSMG drum pouches (marked USMC and contractor marked) issued during WW2. They also stole some of the
Colt 100 rd drums after guarding the mail trains in NY which were later used in the "Banana Wars" in the 20"s & early 30's
Can you imagine how heavy a gun with 100 rounds in the drum would be to carry?
