I’m hoping someone can help me out with the removal of the bolt on a Russian Berdan ll rifle I recently purchased. I am trying to disassemble it and am at a road block with not being able to remove the bolt.

Open the bolt as far as it will go. Look inside just in front of the bolt head. You'll see a piece of metal that sticks up just a bit. Push down on that with a non-marring item and the bolt comes right out.
