I have seen multiple comments to the effect that KEC-marked Scout Regiment scopes may have been made by Kodak, which commenters refer to as 'Kodak Eastman Company'.
Kodak were always Eastman Kodak, not Kodak Eastman. That rather knocks the 'made by Kodak' theory on the head.
