if your garand stock is worn, cracked, gouged or just plain old beat i have one which is excellent plus. it has a fake cartouche EMcF/ordnance wheel but, it is how it came to me. receiver is a tight fit and is just right for a shooter garand. not birch-- believe walnut. priced to sell.
