General Dwight D. Eisenhower awarded the Presidential Unit Citation to the members of the 101st Airborne Division at Mourmelon, France, March 15, 1945, for its defense of Bastogne, Belgium, during the Battle of the Bulge.
Second man from this end missed the combat jumps.

I counted 2 without the CIB,2nd and 4th ones in from the end. Don't I can't make out enough details to verify any others that don't have it. Also noticed that the only one that can be seen to have overseas service bars is the one at the very end.
