Looks like it's made for line throwing - hook the pintle over the railing. point and fire. This type would eliminate recoil issue from heavy loads

Nothing illegal about it if it is registered. For that matter, if it was imported in that configuration it may be legally considered a pistol, I'd have to look at the exact laws on original configuration vs import configuration.Quote:
