What level of Appreciation?

Had our final shoot for the year yesterday.
A great day as usual, my wife presented the Club with a new Flag.

But the big surprise of the day was the presentation, not just because I won the Bengalla Challenge and E.R. Edwards Fly Shield for the second year running.

The Club had proposed to give life membership to my wife, I was granted Life membership back in 2000 so I expected they'd do a similar thing for Marie.... but no, they presented her with a bloody big clock...you know the type , loud ticking and bloody great gong, with an inscription to both her and myself.

But that's not all, got this too, ...as if I need another bloody .22 A lithgow LA101 complete with butt plaque.

Kinda feel a bit gobsmacked, didn't want to say my old .22's were outshooting all their fancy new ones, they probably know that, might be their way of knobeling me, but all the same I and my wife are very appreciative.

Just gone in and replaced the pic's in this thread.
System would not upload new pic's, I had to delete old ones, resize new ones before they would upload.
With over a thousand pics in my file this could be fun.
Will try a very early post to see what happens.

J ust uploaded a pic. from a 10-27-2011 post 18 in the Homemade Tooling for your Lee Enfield post, same same, had to resize pic.

Reposted the last update to the Lithgow Survey, the common factor seems to be the original pic. file is blocked, any change allows an upload, a resize, name or file number change or just adding a digit to the original file.

The question for Badger would be is this an outside attack like Ransomeware or was it just a technical glitch by whoever did the upgrade?

I noticed that when I looked at the pic. data, a good file showed an active file whereas a missing file appeared to be blocked/locked.
If this is the case maybe a tech geek can correct it.

Fantastic! Outside of the military never did any shoots like this. I am impressed.

The young blokes these days have a bit of trouble with consistancy.....or is it the fancy plastic fantastics are just not up to it?

Well done Kevin discipline and knowing where your rifle shoots and the biggest one reading and adjusting to conditions.
We have some shooters join to shoot F class spend good $'s getting a rig then get awry when they don't bag possible's never dawns on them it takes years to learn the craft of Kentucky windage!
