Hi!
I am seeing your username as Jsne. There is a banner on the forum home page letting everyone know that photos that were uploaded and directly attached by members to their posts are lost and must be re-uploaded and re-attached if important.
All the best,

You are seeing foreign (Denmark) characters embedded in your text. So, you need to make sure whatever browser you are using is set for TEXT ENCODING as UNICODE (UTF-8) for viewing the site.
I use Apple's Safari browser and on my system it's located under VIEW tab near the bottom of that drop down box.
If you are using other browsers, you need to find out where they set that option for our site as a default.

Doug
Thanks to all
Yes my username is corrected😀
To bad about the photos😕
Is it the same with attached files (Xxx.jpg) and so?
Sorry for asking

This is a very important note
There is no way to add pictures to old posts. There is no option to edit.
If you wish to have old posts repopulated with pictures, the "edit" function must be reactivated for old posts.
Thank you for looking into this important factor.
You're welcome Martin.
Thank you for spotting this oversight.
I have opened up editing function for FREE Registered Members so the restriction of 1 hour to being able to edit their original post is lifted.
I will leave this in place for 60 days so FREE Registered Members have the opportunity to update their old posts and add attachments now.
Let me know if that works after you've had a chance to test it now. :beerchug:

Doug
Hello Badger,
Yes, I was successful at repopulating pictures in my old posts. That is very helpful. Thank you.
Just a curious observation. Several of my old posts did not lose pictures which were hosted by Milsurps.com. But three topics did lose pictures.
Excellent..
I suspect that the ones you can still see and retrieve were references to externally linked pics, captured by our special system software that does this. They are OK and permanently saved in a different area of the site.

ONLY pictures that were ATTACHED to posts or threads were affected and lost.
