Markings on SMLE Mk3

Hi All,

I've just purchased a 1912 BSA SMLE Mk3 and wonder if any of you knowledgable folks could help with some of the markings. . I've attached a photo - N.S.P. and KG are stamped on the receiver ring (I think that's the correct term). I've attached a photo of the markings.
