thank you, mike baker i got the retainer ring off so i could remove the handguard. also took the bipod off. i do need to grind a little metal out of the mount to get a little better barrel clearance.

no d&t, no gunsmithing, just a little 'goosmithing'.

ain't shot it yet. first, i need to strip that effeminate hi gloss polyurathane off and give it a more masculine testosterone laden tung oil or BLO finish.
