Help to identify year of manufacture of Spanish Mauser model 1893 Carbine 7mm

I need help to identify year of manufacture of Spanish Mauser model 1893 Carbine chambered in 7mm Mauser...if it is possible. Hoping it is pre-1899, SAWar?

It has:
a full stock to front sight nose cap,
aAttachment 128256Attachment 128257 saddle ring,
no bayonet lug (short nose cap bar),
SN 6696,
a short flat ladder rear sight,
sling swivel on left side of barrel band,
sling loop on left side of butt stock,
no other visible external markings anywhere.
no barrel band spring.

It does not have Mauser or Ovielo markings. All markings in the chamber ring have been completely ground or machined down and the bare steel blued in some manner.
