CC looks good to me.
Metal looks to be re-parked.
We've had a few ordnance bombs show up behind the recoilplate, on legit carbines.

My un-expert comments are:
1) The CC is uneven and does look like it has age on it.
2) the nose/barrel band spring looks conveniently out of the picture - damage?
3) mentions the sling well but does not include picture of this selling point/area
4) the butt plate - looks like rubber/heavily painted and the screw looks aluminum.
to me? depends on if you want what he is selling.

Was wondering about the U in U.E.F.. Maybe an optical illusion but the U seems to be tilted to the left compared to the E and F. I definitely agree on the butt plate metal, but there's lots of those around for replacement.
A old WWII Vet told me they'd scratch at the numbers and letters on their stocks......just fiddling....he said UEF meant Under Enemy Fire.
The CC looks fine.....but the letters look to be 'Enhanced'

That's not my cup of tea. I will not knowingly put any re-stamped stocks on my carbines. I currently have a few stocks saved up with original cartouches, and some just with original sling well markings(cartouches removed a long time ago), that I'll use on my carbines.

I think it's an original stamp that's been 'enhanced' like Charlie said but probably recently.
People have been known to do this with the blade of a small screwdriver. Letters are uneven and they messed up the bottom of the 'U'.
