City of Hue?
I seem to associate this one with the Tet offensive. Don't know why.

I'm sure I had that picture in a book about "Nam", and it was indeed the Tet Offensive. Most probably Hue. It was together with another more famous one of a group of Marines hiding behind a low wall with the M60 gunner firing from over it.
