Appears it might perhaps be time to move out whether to the front or rear, not many smiling faces !
Even with all their training and experiences it could not have been a very nice prospect for them having to go back into the line especially if it was into the Hurtgen Forest.
Read this a while ago just about due to drag it from the shelf for a re-read, what an appalling battle.
