After seeing the Skull Face I guessed it was the proof used since 1968 by the Cologne, Germany Proof House and the 00 as the year 2000. Can't make out the 1st symbol. I think I'm right but not positive.
Then the poster said the Carbine was in Germany and it had a German Proof. Most all of the replies were Swedish.
But no one noticed the main issue on that forum. Wayne aka W5USMC just spotted it on the CCCF.
Pay no attention to the Proof stamp and you'll see it.
I'm not commenting because I know what you are talking about. I saw it immediately on the other forum, but figured I'd just let others comment on it.
