As long as it's not a low serial number (single heat treat).
If you buy it, post some pics. Remingtons from that time frame can have some interesting features. Would not bark at that price if the bore is good, regardless of parts and wood. Make sure it's not a recovered drill rifle. Look for distortions in the metal around the cutoff (on-off switch).

If it has a good barrel and is not a recovered drill rifle I'd say its a steal, well at least a very good buy.
The serial number of the rifle should be above 3,300,000 for the barrel to be original to the receiver. This is very late in the M1903 range and a completely original rifle could have some stamped parts, like an "/A3".
The very first M1903 Remingtons had 10-41 and 11-41 dated barrels.
