Some years ago I bought a few cases of .303 at auction. The first two were cordite charged and corrosive. This case is from 1963 and for a vickers MG and has extruded powder. All ammo was made in UK. Would this be corrosive?

If you are not sure, treat it as corrosive primed. The only thing different is how you clean the rifle.
Oh by the way 8z was also authorised to be used in rifles. Now since it uses a boat tailed bullet, the accuracy may suffer when used in a rifle with a lot of throat erosion caused by cordite. If it's 7z than it has a flat based bullet.
