I don't see how that seller can sleep at night... Just off hand, I note that the stock has been "repaired" all the way across the butt (backward arisaka maybe?), stock is sanded and stripped, and shows much use even prior to the sand job. Not just you at all Bill, thanks for posting...
There are scars from a receiver and trigger group spending a long time in that stack as well. When I saw the crosshatch repair to the butt I almost fell out of my chair! I have a dinning table with that same woodwork. But it makes a pattern.
Heavily sanded and re-stamped. That stock is bad, but someone will probably buy it
Wait a minute! NOS stands for Nasty Old S#@t!
how can this thing be able to be sold or offered for sale on this space? gun broke? or is this the gunbroker kind of thing??? hard to beleive I guess.
If you look at the photos I can still see the "nice red" stain under his fingernails.

Is this price for real? Do people really sell this crap for that much money? If its in such "pristine" condition why does the butt have such a poorly jointed stub? Is the stock made from the rare and almost never seen reverse grained southern egypt walnut bush? Pardon me for being sarcastic but this is a but much.
