As far as locating hard to find pieces, why not run a standing WTB (Want to Buy) advertisement in the Quartermaster Stores (click here).

You never know, maybe you'll stumble across another member about to put one up for sale who sees your ad and checks with you first. If you use some of your "Free" credits you can even make it a "Featured Ad" so that you get maximum exposure.

One piece of advice. If you do put up an ad, locate a pic of a No.4(T) and use it in your ad to show people what you're looking for. If you can't find one, we can help you with that. It's also an "eye grabber" that helps motivate people to read your ad further, as opposed to an ad that's just bland text.

Lurking here since the inception of the site, also a member of CGN. I currently have a Polish M44, Swiss K31, sporterized M1917 (passed down from my grandfather), and several other hunting rifles and shotguns. I am interested in acquiring a LB No. 4 and looking to getting into the re-enactment thing.

I must also thank the staff of this site for providing such a wonderful research tool. Keep up the good work!:clap:

Collect WW2 Infantry Small Arms of all nations involved.
Love to fix/repair weapons to shooting condition. reloading is a necessity.

New member...I'm a history & American Studies double major at Georgetown College in Kentucky and plan on going to law school. I've been collecting for about six years now and own a Yugoslav M-48, No. 5 Enfield, No. 4 Enfield, No. I Mk. III Enfield, Mosin Nagant 91/30, M1 Garand, MAS 49/56, Smith & Wesson Victory Model, Walther P-1 and a handful of civilian arms. I use this same tag on gunboards.com.
