That was funny Bill. The seller is still selling them as 'real' and newer carbine owners are buying them trusting the ad.
Here's the slings next to each other - Heck, they look almost identical don't they! :rofl:
The top POS fake sling sold for $40 and the authentic early khaki sling only sold for $67.
So many eBay buyers don't know what they're looking at and it's sad. (I wish I could have won the khaki sling for $67!)
