+1 on the trigger and hammer pins

in addtiion to the pins, I would simply get a completely new TRIGGER also. It's hard to tell sometimes if one has been altered etc.

Agreed, buy a trigger pin and hammer pin. Wtih these new parts installed you should be OK. However, you should be prepared to buy a new trigger housing if this continues with the new parts. The trigger housing could be out of spec.
OK guys thanks for the advice. New pins ordered today. If that doesn't cure the problem we'll get a new housing and trigger.
Just check first to see if your trigger pin is bent. That would explain the moving pin. That happened here once.
the keeper that the spring fits in ,the cut out should face out it is in backwards.
Herb- That's not correct. Check your own rifle or a diagram in Duff's book.
